Moon Over Trail

65 degrees historically the warmest day in February since the last historically warmest day in February. The trail is relatively clear of ice, debris and untoward objects. The river is not flooding yet. But I did see several 90 pound raccoons.

“Half price sushi on Tuesday” drew me to Tapalaluna.  The unagi and crunchy salmon were rather satisfying. But the blue cheese crusted tenderloin was less so because I found the passion fruit sauce too sweet. Overcome with hunger, pairing the tenderloin with sushi was probably a weak choice. The servings are larger than the usual tapas bar so by the time the tenderloin arrived I was full. There is a large wine selection and limited beer choices. Fat Tire is available for you Fat Tire heads. Jessica, the server, was cordial and helpful.
